The Challenge
The design challenge is to give an everyday toothpaste product a distinctive appearance while keeping the tube and outer carton connected. The landscape imagery needs to create a fresh, atmospheric mood without overshadowing the brand name, product description, and variant. The balance is between expressive visuals and organised information, adapting the same identity to a curved tube, a flat front panel, and a narrow carton side.
The Solution
The packaging pairs muted blue-grey and deep charcoal tones with mountain imagery that carries across the tube and carton. White serif lettering gives the brand name a prominent position near the top, while a dark horizontal band separates the product description from the landscape below.
The Result
A coordinated packaging presentation that gives ZOŌBA LAB. a distinctive, landscape-led character. The tube and carton share the same visual elements while adapting their layouts to different surfaces. Separate areas for branding, product information, and variant details give the composition structure, with the mountain imagery providing a consistent focal point across both formats.
